Mabogunje St, Oniru

This is a 5 floor 14 unit apartment In Oniru Estate. Running in a 3m grid, loadbearing blocks and precast floors etc. were used throughout. The building is a great commercial success.

Ogun State Model School, Isara

Our client is the main contractor to this low-cost school project with a tight deadline. TECTONICO’s mandate is to detail, produce and place precast floors for the project. Floor spans are of two types, 4m for the classroom block and 5m for the Hostel block. Total floor area; 2800m. We set up a factory on site and were able to deliver to client’s satisfaction.

LAGSHOMS, Ijora

The client is the Lagos state Ministry of Housing, who gave the contract to our client on a design-build basis. We were commissioned to produce all elements i.e. blocks and reinforced concrete elements, and erect same. Each block has 48 apartments; 1BR, 2BR and 3BR maisonettes.

We executed 2 blocks of 5000m2 floor area. The 1st block was a trial and some time. The 2nd block was erected in 100days from ground floor slab to the 5th floor slab.
