About Us
TECTONICO LTD was formed as a result of the attempt by our team of construction professionals to improve the efficiency of construction in Nigeria. We analysed the construction industry and industry generally and concluded that the way to improve all round efficiency is to further industrialise the construction process based on the most versatile, the most available and the most durable of construction of materials: Concrete.
History
Tectonico Limited started business in 1991, and was registered in 2003. Production started in Ibadan in 1991. Our factory was established in Okota, Lagos in 1994, in Abuja in 1997, and Kaduna in 1998. We set up in Yola, Adamawa and Lekki (Badore) in 2003. Today we have our main factory at Oregun, Ikeja, a dedicated factory at Abijo Commercial Area, and Ijora Badia, dedicated to 288unit LAGSHOMS project.
Over the past 30 years, TECTONICO LTD, working with equally dedicated partners, have devoted resources to this course. Today, we are happy to pronounce that we have evolved simple, economical and highly adaptive systems, based on proven and well-known construction principles and can deliver appropriate solution to the built environment. We have functioned as support companies to consultants, construction companies and developers and have executed projects noted for high value and optimisation.
As pioneers in Nigeria in precast construction, we have had to develop complementary technologies. Today, our capabilities include the fabrication and erection of the complete building; the only in-situ component being the foundation.

Arc. Dayo Ayodeji
Managing Director
Trained as an architect at the former University of Ife, and graduated in 1986 with M.Sc Architecture. Served as Lecturer, Dept. of Architecture, The Sokoto State Polytechnic. Was an Architect at Archi Plancom Associates – 1988 – 1994. Completed professional exams of NIA and was registered by ARCON in 1990. In 2001, undertook an MTech program of SME’s at the centre for Technology Policy (now CETEP UNIVERSITY) Yaba. Major project handling include the development of Alma Beach Estate, Lekki, Eko Int’l Bank HQ, Alausa, Ikeja.
Mrs. Taiwo Ayodeji
Executive Director
1st degree in Psychology, and 2nd in Guidance and Counseling, University of Ibadan, served with the Lagos Teaching Service Commission as Guidance and Counselor till 1994 when she resigned to set up her own trading business. Joined TECTONICO LTD in 2000 as a director in the company. She is currently the Executive Director of the company IN CHARGE OF THE Paving stone business.
Yinka Adewuyi
Associate
M.Sc (Engineering), University of Lagos. Principal, Dina EMMS. Partnership Consulting Civil/Structure Engineers; Fellow, Institute of Structured Engineers. Mr. Adewuyi is a Design Consultant to our company.

Paving Stones
Tectonico is known as a major producer of high-quality paving stones, using state of the art equipment. Where volume permits, our equipment can be brought to site for production reducing logistic costs.

Precast Fence
Our flexible precast fence systems are made up of reinforced concrete slabs and H shaped reinforced concrete columns sitting on pad fittings to receive slabs that can redeployed when required.
