  The slabs are ribbed and deep. Ribbed slab ensures low weight per m2, reducing cost of frame and foundation.

  The modular precast design and of slabs allows for faster production and erection than conventional construction methods.

• Environment

  Site congestion is reduced from elimination of timber on formwork. Deforestation is reduced for the same reason.

It is well known that building with vertically repetitive plans can be done with load bearing construction. The obstacle has been attention to detail, and the difficulty in producing blocks of load bearing capacity. Over the years, TECTONICO LTD, working with partners, has developed an interlacing load bearing system block system based on modular design.

This, combined with precast floor and other precast elements, has enabled to produce economical high-quality projects at high speed. The system applies to multi-storey residential buildings, schools and others of vertically repetitive plans.
